26 Promotions – Casa Grande, AZ – (April 12, 2018) – Keelan Matthews continues to rack up the top-ten finishes this season after scoring his fourth in four races on Sunday to start the 2018 campaign.

All-Star Sunday kicked off with Matthews starting and finishing sixth in his heat. Having to tag the field for the final time as a rookie, Matthews started the feature from the sixteenth position.

Matthews worked his way from the back of the field to a ninth-place finish on Sunday afternoon at Central Arizona Speedway. He now has one top-five and four top-ten finishes this season.

“All in all we had a good afternoon on Sunday,” said Matthews. “We made some adjustments between our heat and the main because the track was drying out. It was hard to see with all the dust, but I’m happy with the outcome, and we are improving every week.”

Matthews currently sits fifth in Power 600 Series points and second in the Rookie of the Year standings heading into Saturday’s Cotton Classic at Central Arizona Speedway.

Keelan Matthews would like to thank his Mom and Dad, Lucas Oil, Protect the Harvest, and PS Electric for their continued support.
